PROJEKTMANAGER E-COMMERCE
In November 2002 I started my job as Project Manager E-Commerce at Mercedes Benz AG, a leading company in the automotive industry with more than 10,000 employees. My focus was on managing and rolling out the new online store as well as optimizing the frontend and managing API interfaces.
I worked with various tools such as MS 365, Jira/Confluents, SAP and MS Teams to ensure efficient project management. Collaboration with the development team, designers and stakeholders was essential to achieve the project goals.
Working closely with the development team, I was responsible for planning and implementing the rollout of the new online store. I worked closely with the developers to ensure that all functionality and design requirements were met. To optimize the user experience, it was important to improve the front end of the website. I worked closely with the designers and used Figma to optimize the user interface.
As the API interface manager, my job was to ensure that the online store communicated with other systems. I worked closely with the developers to ensure that all APIs were implemented correctly.
Throughout the project, I held regular meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure that the goals of the project were being met. I was also responsible for ensuring that the project stayed on budget and on schedule.
The project is expected to be completed by April 2023. As an E-Commerce Project Manager at Mercedes Benz AG, I was able to demonstrate my skills in project management, using various tools, and collaborating with teams and stakeholders.

What is Procter & Gamble?
P&G was founded in 1837 by two immigrants, William Procter and James Gamble, in Cincinnati, Ohio. The company is still headquartered there today. P&G has been active in Germany since 1960, and is now the largest location outside the USA, in Austria since 1967 and in Switzerland since 1953.

What did I do?
I develop the platform around Apovoice. I create new features on customer request, redesign and maintain front- and backend. The frontend is built in Vue.js and Tailwind. The backend runs on WordPress (PHP).

Unitymedia GmbH
What is Unitymedia GmbH?
Unitymedia GmbH was a German cable network operator based in Cologne, originally formed in 2005 through the merger of iesy, ish and Tele Columbus West. From 2009 to 2019, the company was a subsidiary of Liberty Global via the Dutch UPC Germany Holding BV.
What did I do?
My tasks were: UX/UI design, animation design & development, Creation of graphics and GIF animations

What is Valsight?
Valsight is a Berlin-based startup that provides an agile performance management software. They are enable companies to make better, faster and more transparent management decisions. For this purpose we developed a browser-based controlling software that helps our customers to radically rethink and transform their financial planning and forecasting processes. Valsights customers range from startups to DAX companies like Siemens, Siemens Healthineers, Volkswagen, Daimler etc.
What did I do?
I was responsible for the redesign of the site. I completely rebuilt the site using WordPress and Elementor.

What is E.ON?
The listed E.ON SE is the holding company of a German energy group based in Essen. The company is mainly active in energy networks, energy services, renewable energies and the operation and dismantling of German nuclear power plants.
What did I do?
I worked for E.ON as a Ux/Ui designer. I accompanied, conceived and designed various concepts for web and app.

What is KRESS?
KRESS-elektrik GmbH & Co. KG was a medium-sized German company based in Bisingen in Baden-Württemberg that developed and produced power tools. The company existed from 1928 until 30 April 2018. Since then, the well-known milling motors and special equipment have continued to be produced by AMB-ELEKTRIK GmbH at the same location.
What did I do?
I develop several sites for the Positec Group. I create new features on customer request, redesign and maintain front- and backend. The frontend an backend run via WordPress

What is Positec?
The Positec Tool Corporation, or simply Positec, is a manufacturing company that specializes in the production of power tools and lawn and garden equipment. The company’s corporate headquarters are located in Suzhou, China and the head of its North American division is located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Positec is known for its production of the Rockwell Tools and WORX brands which can be found in retailers like Lowe’s, The Home Depot, Costco, and Walmart.
